Just the cutest, cosiest place I think I have stayed in. Stunning views, very comfy bed, nice and warm and quiet. It was my daughter's 13th birthday and they kindly brought us a balloon and breakfast - very kind, would definitely recommend and stay again

Amazing stay and could not ask for anymore, the food hampers are gorgeous and food itself is delicious 😋 me and my husband fully enjoy a wonderful, peaceful break away and we will definitely be booking again. Could not find fault with anything a personal Thank-you to Rachel and Chris who are outstanding hosts and nothing is to much. Very glad we have found this wonderful place and the scenery is to die for, we be recommending to all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Andrea - Attended a Sip & Pain event October 2023 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to Almshoe for a painting workshop and the whole venue was amazing. I didn't see inside the accomodation pods but they looked beautiful and inviting. And their views 🤩. The event was beautifully run and I will definitely be looking out for future workshops that they run. I might also treat myself to an overnight stay at some point (even though they are only 5 minutes down the road)!

Had a wonderful night away, stayed in Harry. Ellie was very welcoming and told us about lots of different walks we could go on. It was lovely, clean and so relaxing. We had a lovely card, rocky road treat and even had some treats for Ted our dog. We couldn't believe this was just down the road. Highly recommended 😃

Stayed for a night as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday. It may only be 15 minutes from where we live but what a little gem. The pods have everything you need and are luxurious, the views are breathtaking. Chris was so helpful and the continental breakfast hamper was delicious. We will definitely return to this little sanctuary

Such a wonderful welcome from our amazing hosts Chris and Ellie. The setting is fantastic, the pods are extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. The communal room enabled us to congregate for food and drinks. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, bbq facilities, firepit and games such as jenga and connect 4. This is a fabulous place for getting together and spending quality time. Would love to return to repeat our experience and also a family get together. Thanks Chris & Ellie. Xx

We had a lovely stay in one of the big pods this weekend, it was really spacious but cosy at the same time. Loved waking up to such beautiful surroundings! The pods are so well equipped too! We are already planning to come back and bring the kids next time! Although we didn’t meet Chris and her husband as they were away, Ellie was really helpful but also gave us our space! Thank you, we can’t wait to come back!

Home from an amazing stay here. Beautiful glamping pod and hosts that just went above and beyond to make sure our trip to liam gallagher at knebworth was one to remember. couldn't recommend enough, 10/10 for everything.​​

we had the most amazing weekend. We stayed in the bracken pod which was beautifully clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. We ordered the breakfast hamper which was the highest quality of sausage, bacon, eggs, baps and juice. So yummy!! The weather was perfect so we could spend our time sitting outside, enjoying the views.

Chris and David were the perfect hosts, thank you so much. We can’t wait to come back again, and bring the children to enjoy the outside space.

We had a wonderful stay at Almshoe Bury, my partner and I stayed in their Braken Pod, which was beautiful! and has everything you need. It is super cosy inside, I highly recommend visiting. We hope to visit again, this time we might try and go during the summer so we can sit and have dinner outside and enjoy the surroundings. Thank you Chris and her Family for everything x
